- Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Zerobooks Billing Software (hereinafter referred to as “the Software”), provided by Zerobooks India Private Limited (“Zerobooks”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you may not use the Software.
- License Zerobooks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your internal business purposes. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions and any other applicable terms provided by Zerobooks.
- Restrictions You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Software or any portion thereof. You may not use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, or in any manner that violates third-party rights.
- Ownership The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by Zerobooks or its licensors. Zerobooks reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms & Conditions.
- Support and Maintenance Zerobooks may provide support and maintenance services for the Software, at its discretion. Such services may be subject to additional fees and terms as specified by Zerobooks.
- Disclaimer of Warranty The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Zerobooks disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zerobooks and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
- Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
- Modification of Terms Zerobooks reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms & Conditions.
